Ajwad Real Estate was established in 1428H in Makkah Al Mukarrammah with the objective of participating in the western region’s development generally.

Ajwad’s expansion increased since establishment to cover Al Madinah, Riyadh and Qassim. Ajwad seeks to build innovative residential districts in terms of designing residential units, markets and hotels and providing adequate services and surrounding facilities.

To date Ajwad has developed more than 12 residential schemes, sold more than 800 pieces of land and is planning to implement 3 locations in Al Awali district and one location in Al Sharaie district.

More than 20 villas have been implemented and another 50 villas are under way in Makkah Al Mukarrammah and Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
